Our Story
Every bad roof we found had the same problem
Before Auric existed, our people spent years running repair calls on roofs that were only a few years old. Almost none of them failed because of the shingle. They failed at the flashing, the valley, the pipe boot, the ridge, the places where a crew saves twenty minutes by reusing what is already there.
So the company got built around the parts of a roof nobody photographs. New flashing on every job. Synthetic underlayment as standard rather than as an upgrade line item. Decking checked sheet by sheet before anything covers it.
It costs a little more on paper. It is also the reason the phone does not ring three years later with a leak we caused. Auric Construction Group carries that same operation into Texas, with the same crews, the same specifications, and the same written warranty behind the work.

The Process
How a Job Actually Runs
Four stages, in this order, every time. You will always know which one you are in.
Inspection
We walk the roof, photograph every slope, check the attic for moisture, and send you the report whether or not you hire us.
Stage O1
Estimate or Claim
A line item price with materials named by product. If insurance is involved, we meet your adjuster and handle the supplement paperwork.
Stage O2
Install Day
Dumpster placed off your drive, landscaping covered, magnet sweep morning and evening. Most homes are finished in one day.
Stage O3
Walk & Warranty
We walk the property with you, hand over the manufacturer registration and the written workmanship warranty, then invoice.
Stage O4
