Three generations of roofers and more than 200 years of combined crew experience behind every job.
Manufacturer certified on the shingle and metal systems we install, so your material warranty stays valid.
General liability and workers compensation carried in full. Certificates available before work starts.
Our own crews, not day labor sourced by a subcontractor you have never met.
Ten year workmanship warranty handed to you in writing at the final walk.
Crews run out of one Dallas yard. Material comes off one truck and reports to one foreman.
Our Services
Each service below has its own page with process, pricing factors, and answers to the questions we get asked most.

A residential roof is five layers, and most quotes only price one of them. When a bid comes in unusually cheap, something in that stack got skipped: the decking never got inspected sheet by sheet, the old flashing got reused, felt went down instead of synthetic underlayment, or the ridge vent got sized to the roof line instead of the attic.
We write every layer onto the estimate with the product named, so you can set our bid next to anyone else and see exactly where they differ. Then we install it the way the manufacturer specifies, which is the only way your material warranty stays valid.

Commercial roofing is a budgeting problem as much as a construction one. Most of our commercial clients are not asking whether the roof can be replaced. They are asking whether it has to be replaced this year, what a coating buys them, and how to phase the work without closing the building.
We answer that with a documented roof assessment: core samples where they are warranted, moisture survey findings, drainage and ponding notes, and a remaining service life estimate in plain language. You get a scope you can take to ownership, not a single number with nothing behind it.

Hail claims are won on documentation. A carrier is not going to approve a roof because a contractor says it needs one. They approve it because the damage is marked, photographed, tied to a dated storm event, and presented in a format their adjuster can act on.
That is the part we do properly. We chalk and photograph test squares on every slope, note the soft metals, check screens, gutters, and window wraps, and pull the storm date for your specific address. Then we hand you a report you can reference when you file.

A hailstorm does not stop at the roof line. The same event that bruises your shingles usually dents the gutters, cracks the window wraps, pits the siding on the impact elevation, and scars the fascia. Handling all of it in one project means the property is disturbed once instead of three times, and it usually means one claim instead of several.
It also means the transitions are done right. Most exterior water intrusion happens where two trades meet: where siding meets roof, where a window head flashing tucks under a wrap, where a skylight curb meets the field. When one company owns both sides of that joint, there is nobody to point at.
The Process
Four stages, in this order, every time. You will always know which one you are in.
We walk the roof, photograph every slope, check the attic for moisture, and send you the report whether or not you hire us.
A line item price with materials named by product. If insurance is involved, we meet your adjuster and handle the supplement paperwork.
Dumpster placed off your drive, landscaping covered, magnet sweep morning and evening. Most homes are finished in one day.
We walk the property with you, hand over the manufacturer registration and the written workmanship warranty, then invoice.
FAQs
Start with a free inspection and we will tell you. Plenty of calls that come in as "I need a new roof" turn out to be a failed pipe boot, and plenty that come in as "just a small leak" turn out to be a storm claim. We diagnose first and quote second.
No. Our own crews run every job, and the person who inspects and quotes your roof is on site the day it goes on.
We can give you a range from aerial measurements, but not a real number. Decking condition, flashing detail, and ventilation are what move the price, and none of that is visible from a satellite image.
Every product is named by brand and line, quantities are listed, and decking replacement is priced as a unit rate rather than appearing later as a surprise. That makes our bid easy to compare item by item against anyone else.
