Section 01

Estimates & Scheduling

Yes, with no obligation. You get photographs of every slope, an attic moisture check where accessible, and a written report emailed to you. The report is yours to keep whether you hire us or not.

Most single family homes are torn off and finished in one day. Steep pitches, multiple existing layers, or heavy decking replacement can push it to two, and we tell you which one you are during the estimate.

Within 24 hours for storm damage and active leaks. Routine inspections are typically booked within two to three business days, in a two hour window rather than an all day one.

For the inspection and the final walk, yes. For the install itself, no. We need driveway access for the dumpster and material drop, and we call the night before to confirm everything.

Financing options are available for qualified property owners. Ask the office when you book and we will explain the current terms before you commit to anything.

Section 02

Insurance & Storm Claims

If there is storm damage on your slopes and your policy covers it, usually yes, minus your deductible. No carrier pays for age or normal wear. We inspect first and tell you honestly which situation you are in before you file.

After. A denied claim can make future ones harder. Let us document the roof first so you know whether a claim is worth filing and so you have the storm date and photographs ready when you call your carrier.

No. Waiving a deductible is insurance fraud in Texas, and a contractor who offers it is showing you exactly what they are willing to do to a customer. We will work with you on scheduling and payment timing instead.

An additional claim for items the original adjuster scope missed, such as drip edge, ice and water shield, or code required upgrades. Filing them correctly is often the difference between a claim that covers the job and one that leaves you paying the gap.

Yes, on the roof rather than in the driveway. We walk the slopes together so the test squares and soft metal damage we documented are seen firsthand rather than debated on paper afterward.

Section 03

Materials, Warranty & Workmanship

Two separate warranties. The manufacturer covers the material for its stated term and we register it in your name. We cover our workmanship for ten years in a document you receive at the final walk.

No. We tear off to the deck on every replacement. Layovers hide rotten decking, void most manufacturer warranties, add weight the structure was never designed for, and shorten the life of the new roof.

Felt is paper based, tears easily during install, and degrades faster in Texas heat. Synthetic underlayment is stronger, sheds water far longer if the roof is left exposed, and is what we install as standard rather than as a paid upgrade.

In a hail corridor, often yes. Class 4 impact resistant shingles cost more up front but many Texas carriers offer a premium discount that offsets part of it over time. Ask your agent what your specific policy allows and we will price both options.

You call the same number and we come out. A workmanship warranty is only worth as much as the company standing behind it, which is why we would rather do a job right than do two more jobs to fix it.
