You may use the Site for lawful purposes only, such as learning about our services and contacting us. You agree not to submit false or misleading information, interfere with the Site’s operation or security, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, or use the Site to send spam or harmful content.

We work to keep the information on the Site accurate and current, but it is provided for general informational purposes only. Service descriptions, project photos, timelines, and other content are examples and do not guarantee specific results for your property. We may update or change Site content at any time without notice.

Submitting a form or requesting a free inspection does not create a contract or obligate you to hire us. Any estimate we provide is based on conditions observed at the time of inspection and may change if hidden damage or additional conditions are discovered. All roofing, restoration, and remodeling work is governed by a separate written agreement signed by you and Auric. If anything in these Terms conflicts with your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Workmanship warranties and manufacturer warranties are provided only in writing as part of your project documents. Nothing on the Site creates a warranty. Warranty coverage, length, and conditions are defined in the written warranty you receive at project completion.

When you ask us to help with an insurance claim, we can inspect and document damage, meet with your adjuster, and provide supporting documentation for the work required. Auric is a contractor, not a public adjuster or an attorney, and we do not negotiate claims on your behalf. Coverage decisions are made solely by your insurance company. In accordance with Texas law, we do not waive, pay, or rebate insurance deductibles.

Reviews and testimonials on the Site reflect the experiences of individual customers. Results vary depending on property condition, materials, weather, and other factors.

All content on the Site, including text, logos, graphics, photos, videos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Auric Construction Group and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any Site content without our written permission.

The Site may link to third party websites for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those websites.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auric makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the Site, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or error free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auric and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. This section applies to your use of the Site only and does not limit any rights you have under a signed project agreement or written warranty.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Auric Construction Group from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute related to the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
