Install Day
Dumpster placed off your drive, landscaping covered, magnet sweep morning and evening. Most homes are finished in one day.
Stage O3
Walk & Warranty
We walk the property with you, hand over the manufacturer registration and the written workmanship warranty, then invoice.

If the shingles themselves are failing across multiple slopes, a repair only buys months. The free inspection tells you which situation you are in, in writing.

Most single family homes are torn off and finished in one day. Steep pitches, multiple existing layers, or significant decking replacement can push it into a second day. We tell you which one you are during the estimate, not on the morning of the install.
It covers our installation: flashing, fastening, sealing, and the details we are responsible for. The manufacturer separately covers defects in the material itself for its stated term, and we register that in your name. Both are handed to you in writing at the final walk.
