OVERVIEW

STORM DAMAGE RESTORATION

Hail claims are won on documentation. A carrier does not approve a roof because a contractor says it needs one. They approve it because the damage is marked, photographed, tied to a dated storm event, and presented so their adjuster can act on it. When the adjuster comes out, someone from our team is on the roof with them rather than waiting in the driveway. If items get missed, we file the supplement and track it to payment.

STEP BY STEP

HOW THE CLAIM PROCESS WORKS

Most hail damage does not leak. It shows up as bruised shingles and dented soft metals, and a carrier is not going to take your word for it. So we document it the way an adjuster needs to see it. Test squares chalked on every slope, soft metals and window wraps noted, and the storm date pulled for your specific address. You file the claim, because it is your policy. We hand you the report, meet your adjuster on the roof, and file the supplement if the approved scope comes back short.

The Process

How a Job Actually Runs

Four stages, in this order, every time. You will always know which one you are in.

Inspection

We walk the roof, photograph every slope, check the attic for moisture, and send you the report whether or not you hire us.

Stage O1

Estimate or Claim

A line item price with materials named by product. If insurance is involved, we meet your adjuster and handle the supplement paperwork.

Stage O2

Install Day

Dumpster placed off your drive, landscaping covered, magnet sweep morning and evening. Most homes are finished in one day.

Stage O3

Walk & Warranty

We walk the property with you, hand over the manufacturer registration and the written workmanship warranty, then invoice.

Reviews From Our Clients

A storm hit overnight and left hundreds of shingles missing across the neighborhood. The crew was on site by early afternoon and had the roof fully repaired the same day, with a shingle match this reviewer called seamless.

The team has always been honest and dependable, matching competitor pricing while keeping communication quick and taking care of the family from day one.
Lisa Pomeroy Google Review
We needed work on our damaged front porch roof. We have used this company before and they are still awesome! Very polite and quiet. No loud music or broken down trucks. They came, did the job, cleaned up and left. We are very pleased with their work and professionalism.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions Storm Damage Restoration

Usually you cannot from the ground, which is the problem. Start with the soft metals: dented gutters, vents, and AC fins are the clearest tell, because if hail was hard enough to dent metal it was hard enough to bruise shingles. Granules in the gutters are another. The free inspection confirms it either way.

If there is storm damage on your slopes and your policy covers it, usually yes, minus your deductible. No carrier pays for age or normal wear. We inspect first and tell you honestly which situation you are in before you file anything.

Both. You make the call to your carrier, since it is your policy, but we supply the documentation, meet your adjuster on the roof, and file and track any supplements. You should not have to argue with a carrier about drip edge.

Photograph anything visible from the ground, including dented gutters and debris. Do not climb up yourself. Call us for an inspection before you call your carrier, so you know whether there is a claim worth filing. If there is an active leak, call immediately and say the word leak.

Same day for active leaks, existing customer or not. Active leaks are the first thing we handle after a storm line comes through, ahead of claim inspections, because water inside the building is what turns a roof problem into a structural one.
